Airside operation usually requires vehicles that are configured to carry high numbers of passengers over a short distance, and hence are configured to have predominantly tip-up seats to the body side or features to allow passengers to stand. Capacity is key, and we are able to offer conventional service buses that have been configured internally to offer the best use of space.
Staff car parks, crew movements and customer car parking all require flexible vehicles capable of moving people and luggage quickly and efficiently. Our extensive experience of working with many of the UK's airports, including Heathrow, Southampton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stansted and Manchester make us ideally positioned to respond to your specific requirements.
Longer distance crew movements can also be accommodated with the lease of a midi or full size coach.

We have worked with a number of operators at Heathrow to provide a variety of solutions for both short and long-term requirements on the airport.
Heathrow is a dynamic site and as such there are often developments taking place that necessitate car parks being moved from one location to another. This drives a requirement for extra buses to provide short- term service to move passengers, staff or car hire customers between car parks and the various terminal buildings. Mistral has worked with specialist on-site operators to provide vehicles to cover these contractual requirements, flexing the contract length to be adaptable to the ever-changing needs of the airport management.
Additionally Mistral have also worked on longer term requirements with a leading airline to provide a dedicated staff shuttle bus to move their employees from remote car parks to their office building. The vehicle was specified by the airline to meet their requirements and Mistral has provided a long-term funding solution to allow them to operate a new vehicle with no concerns regarding vehicle disposal at the end of the contract or depreciation during ownership. At the conclusion of the contract Mistral will simply take the vehicle back into its fleet allowing the airline to take another new vehicle or modify its requirements.
