Telesales with a difference: Mistral Group hiring at its Manchester office
Mistral Group is a leading provider of asset finance and vehicles to the UK bus and coach market.
The Asset Finance team specialises in providing funding for bus and coaches and the rental team is able to provide flexible rental solutions on leading bus and coach ranges.
The businesses operate from a busy office in Manchester city centre.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated telesales operative to be based in our central Manchester office.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Contacting potential new customers to begin to establish a successful business relationship
- Inform prospective customers about the services and products of both Mistral Bus and Coach Limited and Mistral Asset Finance Limited
- Contact existing customers to maintain and develop the relationship and seek out new business opportunities
- Update the relevant databases with new customer information
The right candidate will be well organised, have a polite telephone manner and be able to work well as part of a team and individually.
They will be enthusiastic and be able to use their own initiative to organise their workload and make sure time is always maximised.
This is not a typical telesales position as the individuals we contact will be established operators in the bus and coach industry and, in many instances, will be well known to Mistral.
Experience is preferable but not necessary as full training will be provided.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company with the ability to develop as the company continues to grow.
Working hours will be 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Excellent salary package including bonuses for the right candidate.
